IDSF Announcement: WDG 2022

The International Dwarf Sports Federation (IDSF) Board held a meeting to discuss the shared concern about the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, and what it is doing to people’s lives and the significant impact it is having on preparations for the Games.

In the present circumstances and based on the information provided, the IDSF concluded that the 2021 World Dwarf Games in Germany will be rescheduled to July 30th – 7th August 2022. This was a difficult decision to make, but IDSF have a commitment to safeguard the health of the athletes, everybody involved in the Games and the wider international community.

Germany look forward to welcoming the world in 2022.
