In May this year, 7 countries attended the 2018 IDAF Summit in Birmingham, England. This pinnacle event represented the relaunched of the International Dwarf Athletics Federation (IDAF). This two-day event prompted invaluable conversations and decisions. One of which, was the renaming IDAF to IDSF – this move aligns our federation with the rest of the world with terminology. The word “Athletics” has been replaced with “Sports”, to ensure we are clearly identified as a multi-sport competition worldwide. This change has inspired an exciting direction for IDSF, with a new name comes a new logo.
